Had a really peaceful New Year break.
Lovely quiet surroundings.
Excellent meal for our family on New Years Eve, extremely friendly, efficient staff who made us feel very welcome. The food was also superb!
A special thank to the young man who served us in the evening who kindly got his Dad to come and rescue us on New Years Day when we got stuck in the wet. (And couldn’t tow our caravan of the pitch) I am sorry we don’t have your name to thank personally, but your kindness was very much appreciated.

Took a party here yesterday for a Xmas meal. We had a wonderful time. Nothing was too much trouble. We even got roasties done with Frylite. Lovely friendly staff. Brilliant meal, definitely on the repeat list.
Thanks very much to Jean and Charlotte.

Amazing little gem that never fails to deliver.
First class service. First class food and a first class atmosphere. I have visited this place many a time with my wife and also with my family . Very highly recommended to all. Many thanks Waggon and Horses for your continued great service.

Thanks to all the management and staff for making me feel so welcome and hope I enjoy the next few weeks here with my caravan as I work away from home. The food is 5 star quality and the beer is fresh and crisp. Will definitely use the wagon and horses in the future. Once again thanks to all staff. If your camping or touring this area this is the place to stay.

We have passed this venue several times as we are having to visit Louth and Grimsby quite a lot. Today, 22/09/2015, we decided to drop in to see what it was like. It was a Tuesday Morning before Lunchtime and understandably quiet, however, we had an acknowledgement upon entering and had the pleasure of Nigel to serve us drinks even though he has retired {two weeks ago}.

We had a good chat whilst drinking. My wife Sheila really like the place and as an added bonus we can bring our dogs into the bar and still have food in the bar. We will probably visit again soon dependant upon Health condition.

From what we experienced, l would suggest that you give it a visit and see what it has to offer. There is a Tai special event in October!!!!
